Simply
peel Kohl Rabi, cut into about 8 chunks and
place on a roasting tray.
Preheat
oven to 180c and place kohl rabi inside
allowing to cook for 40 – 60 min.
You
can either roast kohl rabi dry or brush with
a little olive oil.
Like
most roasting vegetables you will get the
best results if you cook with the juices of
any meat you might be roasting, and if you
like your vegetables well cooked try
softening kohl rabi pieces in the microwave
for 5 – 10 min and then placing them in
with the roast.
