Honey Parsnips

Serves: 2 – 4

 

2 Parsnips peeled and diagonally sliced 1cm thick

¾ cup water

2 Tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp Honey

¼ cup Orange Juice

1 tsp Orange Peel grated

 

 

 

In a saucepan, cook Parsnips in water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and put aside.

In the same pan heat all other ingredients then toss with Parsnips. Serve hot.
