Crumbed Kohl Rabi

Kohl Rabi
¼
cup plain flour
1
egg beaten
1/3
cup breadcrumbs
2
tbsp butter
|
Peel
Kohl Rabi and slice into 1½cm thick slices.
Boil for about 10 min to soften them and
then drain and let cool.
Once
cool enough to handle coat the slices in
plain flour, then beaten egg and sprinkle
all over with breadcrumbs.
Fry
in melted butter on low heat until both
sides are golden.
Serve
hot.
