Endive, Apple and Cheese Salad

Serves: 6

 

2 Baby Endive, separated and washed

3 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced

1 ½ cups cream

100 gm gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

¾ cup red wine vinegar

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

 

 

 

 

Cut endive leaves in half.

In a bowl, mix together, cream, cheese, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir in apple.

Pour apple and cream mixture over endive and combine well. Serve immediately.
