Endive and Bean Soup
Serves: 6
3 tbsp olive oil
6 garlic cloves, chopped
2/3 cup ham, diced
2 Baby Endive, sliced
5 cups chicken stock
1
can great northern beans, drained

Heat
oil in large saucepan and sautee garlic for
about 3 min. Add ham and stir for 1 min.
Add
endive, stock and beans. Simmer for 10
minutes, then serve.
