Peel
Kohl Rabi and then slice into 1cm thick
slices. Coat each slice with olive oil and
place on a hot BBQ cooking each side for 3-5
mins.
You
can also try marinading the Kohl Rabi slices
with one of your favourite marinades before
cooking.
Served
with some BBQ meat and a green salad makes a
perfect meal.
