Wombok (Chinese cabbage)
and
fried noodle salad

Wombok (500gm) shredded
3
Spring Onions finely chopped
½
Packet Fried Noodles
100gm
Slivered Almonds or Pinenuts toasted
Dressing
4
Tbsp Honey
3
Tbsp White Vinegar
2
Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2
Tbsp Olive Oil
2
tsp Sesame Oil

Wash
and drain the shredded Wombok.
Combine
with spring onions, nuts and noodles in a
large salad bowl. Combine all ingredients
for dressing in a jar, close lid and shake
until combined. Toss dressing through Wombok
mixture.
Serve
immediately.
If
you are making this salad some time prior to
serving then add the fried noodles and
dressing at the last minute.
