Wilted Baby Cos

baby cos ( 1 pack )
1
small onion sliced
3
radishes sliced
6
slices bacon diced
2
tbsp vinegar
1
tsp brown sugar
¼
tsp dry mustard
¼
tsp salt

tsp pepper

Cut
the base off the cos lettuce to separate
leaves and wash well.
In
a large salad bowl, toss cos lettuce, onion
and radishes; set aside. In a skillet cook
bacon until crisp, remove with a slotted
spoon to drain on paper towel.
To
the drippings in the skillet add vinegar,
brown sugar, mustard, salt and pepper, bring
to a boil. Pour over lettuce and toss and
sprinkle with bacon.
Serve
immediately.
