Parsnip is a
traditional favourite. Its sweet tasting flesh
is ideal for soups, stews and roasts. We have
our own select variety that we have been
breeding over the last 20 years which has a
quality unlike some other parsnips of not
going woody over the warmer months. Available
throughout the year with the best quality (as
in flavour) being between April and October.
