years of growing large cabbage for the fresh
market and seeing these cabbages cut to sizes
to suit the consumer, we decided to look for a
cabbage that was of more convenient size. In
doing so we not only found a perfect size
cabbage but also one which is so sweet and
tender that even on its own makes cabbage
exciting.
